Everyday Golf Tour – General Tournament Terms & Conditions

1. General Information

  • These Terms & Conditions apply to all tournaments organized by Everyday Golf Tour (“the Organizer”).

  • By registering, players agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions and any specific event rules.

2. Eligibility

  • Players must hold an official golf handicap unless stated otherwise.

  • Open to both amateur and professional golfers.

  • The Organizer may refuse entry or disqualify participants at its discretion.

3. Registration & Entry Fee

  • Entry fees vary by event and are communicated in advance.

  • Registration is confirmed only after full payment.

  • Unless otherwise stated, entry fees are non-refundable unless the Organizer cancels the event.

  • Limited entries per event; first-come, first-served.

  • Multiple entries may be allowed per player, subject to rules and additional fees.

4. Tournament Format & Rules

  • Formats (e.g., Stroke Play, Stableford, Match Play) and venues are specified per event.

  • Players must follow the rules of golf, local course rules, and event-specific regulations.

  • All disputes are settled by the Tournament Director or Rules Committee—decisions are final.

5. Prizes & Payouts

  • Prize structures are announced before each tournament.

  • Special prizes (e.g., hole-in-one) may apply and are subject to specific terms.

  • Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash unless stated.

  • If a prize is declined, it may be reassigned.

  • Winners are determined by final results in accordance with event rules.

6. Conduct & Disqualification

  • Sportsmanship, honesty, and respect are expected at all times.

  • Cheating or misconduct will result in disqualification.

  • The Organizer may remove any participant who disrupts the integrity or enjoyment of the event.

7. Cancellations & Changes

  • The Organizer may change event format, schedule, or prizes due to weather or unforeseen issues.

  • Full refunds are issued if a tournament is canceled by the Organizer.

8. Liability & Indemnity

  • Participation is at the player’s own risk; players should be fit to compete.

  • The Organizer is not responsible for injuries or property loss/damage during events.

  • By participating, players release the Organizer from liability related to the event.

9. Privacy & Media Rights

  • By entering, players agree to the use of their name, image, and performance for promotional purposes.

  • Personal data is used only for tournament-related purposes and handled according to privacy laws.

10. Final Provisions

  • These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time.

  • Registration confirms participants have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
